|Recommended: YesProfessional and friendly staff. Beautiful Property — I love living here. I moved from Arizona to Richmond and they helped make my move so easy. The location is amazing. They communicated with me about every step, about all the paperwork and answered all my questions.
|Recommended: YesOne of the best apartments for the value — The apartment is large and the building is well maintained. The office ladies are very quick to help residents, as are the maintenance guys. Any problems that occurred were dealt with very quickly. We lived in our apartment for 2 years and enjoyed it very much Location is great and the area is nice.

|Recommended: YesI've just moved to Camelot and I am really pleased. The staff is amazing responsive, professional and friendly, too. My townhome layout is awesome - it's really great — Camelot is a nice, quiet, clean community convenient to shopping, laundry facilities, and interstate access. I live close to one of the community's trash sites and was really concerned especially since not everyone is careful to put their trash inside But trash removal is frequent and throughal, so, problem solved I'm blessed to be here and highly recommend it.
|Recommended: YesCamelot Townhomes is the place to live. — Camelot Townhomes is a great place to live. It is quiet and peaceful. It has necessary amenities, and great places for the kids to play. The neighbors are friendly and the management staff are wonderful.
|Recommended: YesBest place ive ever lived — this place is very quite with a fun assortment of different people living here. not too many hooligns making noise and all the neighbor are very repectful. the staff is amazing and very understanding and willing to work with you instead of just kicking you out. i love this place and wont be leaving any time soon
|Recommended: YesNice neighborhood — Nice office staff. Can’t say to much about maintenance because they still have not fixed my garbage disposal since it stopped working a month ago. Clean neighborhood very quiet. Walls are very thin I can hear my neighbors fixing things all day and night sometimes it wakes my infant up parking is okay it’s just hard to have company because their are no parking spaces. Very close to slot of stores so that’s Convenient . 4.6 5 I would recommend

|Recommended: YesIt’s a great place to live — The office staff is very friendly. Maintenance request are completed in a timely manner. The grounds are kept up nicely. My only issue is there are so many things the kids can’t do in the neighborhood they live in like ride bikes or skateboards. Other than that, a great neighborhood
|Recommended: YesGreat family home — I have really enjoyed Camelot the past few years. It's been clean, safe, well-kept by maintenance and the staff usually gets back to us pretty quickly. I am really hoping for some improvements on our windows but other than that it has been great.

|Recommended: YesNice and quiet most of the time — The office lady's are always so nice and helpful Love home. Matinence doesn't respond to online requests as well as verbal ones. Neighbors at night can be very loud at least on my two sides. But complaints are handles quickly and sufficiently. But the upkeep and property is lovely and well taken care of.
|Recommended: YesMore than meets the eye.... — I loved living here. Curb appeal may not be the best but inside the apartments are great. A lot of space, nice features. You get a lot for the price of rent. The staff were always friendly, prompt, and professional. I will miss this place.
